14/4/11 Q - Why not include a search function on your web site to permit location of specs/drawing/prices/manufacturer etc for part numbers?

A - Although our website doesn't have a search function, all of our catalogues which are available as online flip books have a search function (in the top right hand corner) and if you can't find what you are looking for in those, we have hundreds of knowledgeable staff across our branch network who are more than happy to help with any query you may have.  Naturally, a fully functioning search engine within our website is something we aim to have in the future.

28/3/11 Q - Why do you not publish cable prices in the Buyer's Guide?

A - Unfortunately due to the constant change in the price of copper, the cost of cable changes on a near daily basis.  Once the price of copper stabalises, we will be able to publish the prices in the Buyer's Guide.
