Electrium MCB Recall Information

IMPORTANT NOTICE
ELECTRIUM PRODUCT RECALL

It has come to our attention that a very small number of Electrium Miniature Circuit Breakers, sold under the brand names Sector, Wylex, Crabtree & Volex, are not performing to the required characteristics. This can lead to a potential risk of burning in a small number of installations.

The affected MCB's were supplied from April 2009 to February 2010.

The immediate risk in any individual property is low; however Electrium is undertaking a free retrofit of replacement parts in all affected premises.
